Introduction:
Grocedy Corporate is a service provided by Grocedy, a foodtech platform enabling companies to provide exclusive discounts on food items to employees while facilitating Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
- Subscription Plan:
- Companies subscribing to Grocedy Corporate agree to pay for an annual subscription plan granting their employees access to the platform at discounted rates.
- Upgrade to Higher Subscription Tier:
- Companies have the option to upgrade to a higher subscription tier during the subscription period. The payment for the upgrade will be prorated based on the number of months that have elapsed since the initial subscription activation
- Delivery Policy:
- Grocedy aims to deliver orders placed on the platform within a timeframe of 48 to 72 hours, ensuring efficient and timely delivery services.
- Refund and Exchange Policy:
- Cash refunds are not provided. Defective goods can be exchanged for the same product if reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Employee Verification:
- Access to the Grocedy Corporate platform is limited to verified employees of subscribing companies. Users must present their company ID for verification before utilizing corporate benefits.
- Data Privacy and Security:
- Grocedy prioritizes the privacy and security of user data, protecting all personal information shared during verification and transactions in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Non-Payment Consequences:
- Failure to pay the annual subscription fee will result in automatic downgrade to the free plan, which does not offer discounts on food prices. Access to corporate benefits will be lost until the subscription is renewed.
- Compliance and Conduct:
- Companies and their employees using the Grocedy Corporate platform agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. Non-compliance may result in restricted platform access.
- Amendments and Updates:
- Grocedy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as necessary. Changes will be communicated to subscribing companies promptly
